Nelson Techno Collective is a group of electronic music promoters, DJ’s and producers based in Whakatū, Aotearoa. We all share the vision of contributing to the vibrant music scene in the Tops of the South Island.

From the inception of our collective, the concept of a music label has been percolating in our creative minds. Today, we're delighted to unveil it, mindful of the stark reality faced by those enduring the ravages of war. In our hearts, we believe in the transformative power of music—a force capable of shaping a better world for all. Consequently, curating a Various Artists (VVAA) album featuring producers who align with the belief in an alternative, better way, became the natural progression.

In a tribute to the recent tragedies in Gaza, our inaugural release is dedicated to the innocent lives lost. We acknowledge the pain and sorrow, and through our music, we seek to honor their memory. We are aware that the world needs change, and we firmly believe that music serves as a catalyst for that change.

In the spirit of turning our beliefs into action, all proceeds generated from this album will be channeled to organizations involved in raising awareness about the genocide that is happening in Gaza.
